I am a regenerative practitioner, change process facilitator, and tourism entrepreneur. I work with individuals and organisations ready to radically rethink how we respond to a rapidly changing world.

My path has been global and cross-sector — from education and human development to non-profit work, social entrepreneurship, and tourism. I founded and led New Zealand Awaits, a travel enterprise for the LGBTQ+ community, and the award-winning Centre for GOOD Travel, on a mission to transform travel for a thriving world. This experience, combined with my training as a Regenerative Practitioner through the Regenesis Institute, shapes how I work with businesses, destinations, and communities adopting regenerative approaches.

I co-host the GOOD Awaits podcast, uplifting stories of regenerative tourism pioneers, and I lead storytelling workshops that reconnect people to the power of their own story, individually and collectively.
